Lead/Paid African-American Roles: tenors, dramatic sopranos, baritones, and basses
Singers will generally receive $50 per performance for two performance nights.

Please include the following attachments:

• a completed 9th Ward Opera Company application (wich I can email you)
• a current resume
• a current head shot/photograph (does not have to fit any particular requirements)
• a (short) one-paragraph bio

If you’d like to audition, please email these attachments to Dr. Westfall by APRIL 26th.
If hired, you will also be asked to sign a contract.

Rehearsal and Performance Information
All rehearsals and performances will be held at Marigny Opera House

Rehearsals: starting May 27th
• every Monday from 8pm-10pm and
• every Tuesday from 6pm-10pm
• Dress rehearsals: July 23 and 24 – Call time 6:30pm.
Curtain 8pm

Performances: July 25-28 – Call time 6:30pm. Curtain 8pm
